Pham Xuan Thang elected as Secretary of Hai Duong (Source: vietnamnet.vn)

On October 26th, the Executive Board of the 17th Hai Duong provincial Party Committee convenes the first session to elect the Standing Board, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, the Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection and Chairman of the Commission for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the 16th Hai Duong Party Committee, and Mr. Le Van Hieu, member of the 16th Standing Board and Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs, were elected as Deputy Secretaries of the 17th provincial Party Committee.

The Congress elected the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection with 11 members. Mr. Vu Hong Hien, member of the Executive Board and Standing Deputy Chairman of the 16th provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection, was elected as Chairman of the 17th provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection.

Mr. Pham Xuan Thang was born in 1966, in An Thanh commune, Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province. He has a Bachelor's in Political Scienceand a Master's in Science and Technology Management.

From September 2011 to now, he held the positions of Head of the Hai Duong Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education, Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Organization, Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Healthcare and Protection for Officials, and Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee./.
