Accordingly, the organ assigned units in the city to build and realize the plan in accordance with functions and tasks. 

Specifically, the HCM city International Integration Support Center coordinated with relevant units to build and realize a communication plan on international integration in the city in suitable periods, with the focus on CPTPP and EVFTA. 

In addition, the city will organize training courses and improve capacity for associations in the integration process; at the same time grasp and solve difficulties and problems of enterprises through the associations. 

The city People’s Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and associate with relevant units to effectively implement trade-investment-tourism promotion programs in the city; build trade-investment promotion plans in key markets, especially markets signing FTA with Vietnam; develop new markets in CPTPP and EVFTA; focus on carrying out trade connection activities between Vietnam and countries, and carry out activities to assist enterprises to study and survey market. 

The organ also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment and relevant units to build and implement solutions to improve the quality of growth, competitive capacity, and investment and business climate. 

Along with that, the City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to review legal documents issued by the City People's Council and People's Committee in light of Vietnam's commitments in the CPTPP and EVFTA./.
