A meeting was recently organized by the Binh Dinh police to announce the decision by the Minister of Public Security appointing Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Quang Ngai police, as the Director of the Binh Dinh police.

At the same time, the Binh Dinh police also announced the retirements of Major General Nguyen Ba Nhien, Director of the Binh Dinh police, and Colonel Nguyen Van An, Deputy Director of the Binh Dinh police, effective June 1st, 2020.
On behalf of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security, acknowledged the achievements and highly appreciated the contributions of Major General Nguyen Ba Nhien and Colonel Huynh Van An to the police force and the Binh Dinh police in particular.
At the meeting, he also assigned tasks for Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen and asked the Binh Dinh police to continue to uphold the tradition of building a strong and transparent police force; protecting national security and ensuring social safety and order, and contributing to the socio-economic development cause of the locality and the nation./.
