A ceremony was organized by Vietnamese students from RUDN University (The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia) to offer flowers to President Ho Chi Minh and award the contest "RUDN Youth - a journey following Uncle Ho's footsteps” to mark the 131st birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-19/5/2021).
