He stressed that over the past time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has helped the capital build institutions and policies to remove problems and difficulties and promote the field under its state management. As a result, in spite of being heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the city’s industrial development is estimated to increase by 4.7%, much higher than the national average.

In 2020, Hanoi’s agriculture is estimated to soar by 4.2%. The northern hub now has 1,350 craft villages. With the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, especially after the 2020 Investment Promotion Conference, the city has put many industrial zones, industrial clusters and industrial clusters of craft villages into operation. In the third quarter of 2020, Hanoi started 43 industrial clusters of craft villages.

Secretary Vuong Dinh Hue also said that Hanoi has associated with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to connect supply and demand with 52 provinces and cities nationwide. In addition, there are many other activities to connect supply-demand.

Events linking Hanoi with most provinces and cities have helped Hanoi maintain good growth. As a result, although the total state budget revenue this year of the whole country saw sharp decline, the city is forecast to reach more than VND280 trillion, higher than the same period last year./.
