According to the department, specific plans related to COVID-19 vaccination are assigned to the functional departments and the City Center for Disease Control (HCDC), implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Health.
In addition, the Department of Health assigned functional departments to continue to coordinate with HCDC to prevent and control the pandemic among communities, isolating and testing students returning to the city after Tet. Besides, the city continues to build a set of safety criteria in the quarantine area.
According to the Ministry of Health, the country has a supply of COVID-19 vaccine from COVAX Facility, AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Russia. It ensures there is no shortage of vaccines for the people.
The Ministry of Health is working hard to carry out vaccination by urgently preparing plans, and mobilizing all units inside and outside the health sector to participate in the injection process, thereby speeding up the progress and ensuring coverage./.
