The five deputy chairmen were elected on December 9 at a meeting by the municipal People’s Council.
They include Duong Duc Tuan, Ha Minh Hai, Chu Xuan Dung, Nguyen Trong Dong, and Nguyen Manh Quyen.
With the new election, the Hanoi People’s Committee has one chairman and six deputy chairmen for the 2021-26 term, including the five aforementioned and Mr. Le Hong Son, the deputy minister of Justice, who has taken the post since 2014./.
