Specifically, in Decision 2029/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election of Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term and Secretary of Van Lam District Party Committee, as Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021.

In Decision 2027/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved releasing Mr. Nguyen Van Phong from his position as Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021, for him to retire according to regulations.
In Decision 2026/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the release of Comrade Bui The Cu from the position of Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021, to accept new tasks.
