The Party Committee of the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai on March 1 debuted software for a multiple-choice contest on the 13th National Party Congress and the 16th provincial Party Congress resolutions, in order to increase the quality and efficiency of the dissemination of the resolutions.

According to Duong Duc Huy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, the software was developed by information technology engineers to renew and increase the quality of studying, grasping, researching, disseminating and carrying out the resolutions at all levels, term 2020-2025.
The contest on the Provincial and 13th National Party Congress resolutions is divided into 3 phases, lasting from March 1 to April 9, covering 20 questions each, which are about the Provincial Party Congress resolution in the first and second phase and about the 13th National Party Congress resolution in the third phase.
Cadres, Party members, classes of people and pupils of 14 years old or more in the province can join the contest by using devices connected with the Internet and accessing laocai.gov.vn, https://baolaocai.vn/, or https://lctv.vn/.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Vu Xuan Cuong asked agencies, schools and armed forces to instruct participants to join the contest, striving to encourage cadres and Party members to join the contest every day./.
