The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a plan on programs to serve ethnic minorities in mountainous, remote, border and island areas in 2021.

Accordingly, the Department of Cinema under the Ministry of Culture will preside over ordering many units producing the thematic programs "Youth aspirations", "Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels - Rights and obligations of each citizen", "Patriotic emulation, actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", "Protection of territorial sovereignty, security, order in border areas and islands", "Stabilize and improve the quality of the population of ethnic minorities", "The Vietnam People's Army in war time and peacetime", and "Summarize the year 2021, hello new year 2022”.
The programs will be used in turn to serve ethnic minorities in mountainous, remote, border areas and islands on celebrations and holidays in 2021./.
