The Ha Do Group has officially inaugurated the 50-MWp Ha Do Ninh Phuoc solar power plant in Ninh Phuoc district in south-central Ninh Thuan province. This is a project to welcome the 14th Ninh Thuan Party Congress (term 2020-2025).

The project, covering 58.7 ha in Phuoc Thai and Phuoc Ninh communes, has a total investment capital of nearly VND1.1 trillion.
It uses the most modern and advanced technology of Germany.
The Ha Do Ninh Phuoc solar power plant officially generated electricity and was connected to the national grid on September 1, 2020. It was recognized and put into commercial operation on September 4, 2020.
Each year, the project will generate about 92 million kWh of electricity for the national grid and contribute VND37 billion a year to the local budget.
Up to now, the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the addition of the scheme with a total capacity of about 2,417 MW of solar power. On the basis, the Ninh Thuan People’s Committee grants investment licenses to 34 projects with a total capital of more than VND62 trillion.
So far, 31 projects have been put into commercial operation with a total capacity of about 2,123 MW./.
