(13th Congress) - On January 5, the Executive Board of the 14th Binh Thuan Party Committee organized the 6th meeting to consolidate the title of Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, Mr. Le Tuan Phong, member of the Standing Board and Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021), was elected as Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee with 46 out of 48 votes.
Mr. Le Tuan Phong was born in 1974, in Ham Hiep commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province. He has a master degree in construction engineering and high-level political theory.
He has held various positions: Deputy Chairman of the Phan Thiet city People’s Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
From November 2018 to October 2020, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Binh Thuan People’s Committee. At the 14th Binh Thuan Party Congress (term 2020-2025), Mr. Le Tuan Phong was elected to the Executive Board and the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee./.
