Specifically, the appointment of Mr. Hoang Chi Hien, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee as Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lao Cai province, replacing Mr. Do Truong Giang, who will retire.

Ms. Duong Bich Nguyet, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training, was appointed as Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training, replacing Mr. Nguyen Anh Ninh, who will retire.

Mr. Do Van Duy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, was mobilized to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, replacing Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, who will retire.

The above decisions take effect from November 1, 2020. The appointment period is 5 years.

In addition, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee has just issued a decision to send Ms. Dinh Minh Ha, Member of Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Farmers Association, to work at Si Ma Cai District Party Committee, appointing to join the Executive Board and the Standing Board of Si Ma Cai District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Si Ma Cai District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Minh who is moving to another position./.
