These days, together with the exciting atmosphere across the country, all streets and roads of Can Tho City are lined with flags and flowers to welcome the 13th National Party Congress.

“The people have great faith in the National Party Congress, especially over the last period, the Party has firmly fought against corruption, dismissing corrupted officials." Said Mr. Lam Minh Thien, 72 years old, a retired official in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.

Many banners, slogans and posters have been hung in all big and small streets to welcome the 13th National Party Congress. It shows the joy and excitement of the local residents about a successful congress.

For nearly a month, the art street light project in Can Tho city has been carried out to serve people to celebrate the Lunar New Year Festival. In which, many lights are designed uniquely to welcome the 13th National Party Congress.
