(13th Congress) - The southern province of Binh Phuoc on February 27 issued a Resolution approving the list of constituencies and the number of deputies elected to the provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, Binh Phuoc has 22 constituencies in 11 districts, towns and cities. Among 104 nominated candidates, 60 will be elected as deputies to the 10th provincial People’s Council.
Bu Dang district sees the most elected deputies with 8, while the two units having the least number are Phuoc Long town and Bu Dop district with 3 each.
Earlier, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Phuoc successfully organized the first consultation meeting to agree on the structure, composition, and the number of candidates nominated to the 15th National Assembly and the 10th provincial People’s Council for the 2016-2020 term.
Accordingly, the southern province has 9 nominated candidates to elect 6 deputies of the 15th National Assembly, of which 4 deputies reside and work in the province and 2 deputies are introduced by the Central Party Committee./.
