Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on December 7 praised the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, officials and soldiers for their achievements in 2020, which contributed to fulfil targets and tasks set in the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress in spite of the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and complex regional and global developments.
