As many as 20 outstanding start-up projects of students were presented prizes during the 2020 National start-up Day for students held by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in Hanoi on December 22, reported Nhan Dan Newspaper.
Accordingly, the first prize for the student group went to the “Agricultural waste - resources for packaging paper" project of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. Meanwhile, the first prize for the pupil group was awarded to the “Producing and trading straws from shea butter" project of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak Province.
In addition, the organising board also presented four second prizes, six third prizes and eight consolation prizes.
According to the organizing board's assessment, the exam is of high quality, diverse, and focuses on many fields. In which, the 72 best projects entered the voting round and the final round of the contest.
Many projects have been implemented and have seen initial success, many projects have been implemented and moved to a profitable phase, and many have received the attention of investors.
