Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Hoang Vinh Bao, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Election Council, said that at a recent meeting of the National Election Council, the leaders at central level highly appreciated the contributions of the press agencies in communications about the election of deputies to the 15th NA and People's Council at all levels for the term of 2021-2026.

Notably, the press agencies have effectively carried out communications about the election under the direction of the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education and the guidance of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

The Deputy Minister suggested that in the coming time press agencies focus on communicating deeply and widely, creating agreement in awareness, political ideology and action within the Party, consensus in society to organize the election with high results, ensuring democracy, equality, legalization, safety and savings, and that the election is really a festival of the people.

On this occasion, Dr. Nguyen Hai Long, Deputy Director of the Training Center for Elected Representatives under the Standing Committee of National Assembly, provided the main features of election communications, demonstrating the responsibility of journalists, communications on the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 term to ensure no negligence. In which, information about the Party's documents, regulations of the law on election; the process of election of deputies to the National Assembly; reporters, the press with the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Council.

At the conference, Dr. Dinh Thi Mai, an official from the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, also oriented the work of information and communications of the election to officials, reporters and editors of press agencies./.
