The studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing of the Resolution aim to create a high consensus in the entire Party and society; solidarity and determination to successfully implement the Resolution; and associating studying and grasping the Resolution with discussion and adopting action programs to implement the Resolution at all levels, branches, localities and units.

It will provide basic content of the Resolution, including results of implementing the Resolution of the 18^th Provincial Party Congress, directions, goals, targets, tasks and solutions for economic, social, defense, security, foreign affairs, party building and political system in 2020-2025.

Participants will hear contents of the Resolution, focusing on the topics: Economic development, society, national defense, security and foreign affairs in Nghe An province in the period of 2020-2025; building a clean and strong Party and political system in Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in the 2020-2025 period;  Action Plan of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution; Plan to implement the Resolution and Action Plan of the Executive board of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the provincial level, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee will hold a conference for key cadres at provincial and district levels to thoroughly grasp the Resolution. At the district level, a conference will be held for key cadres at units and localities. At the grassroots level, a conference will be organized for all cadres and party members./.
