(13th Congress) - Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue has signed a decision establishing 5 delegations of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee to inspect the studying and implementation of the 13th National Party Congress and the city’s 17th Party Congress resolutions.

Each delegation has 7 members and will inspect 3 units, and complete the inspection report in March.
The Standing Board of Hanoi Party Committee noted that inspections aim to evaluate the results of grasping, studying and implementing the resolutions; the development and implementation of working regulations, programs and plans to organize the implementation of resolutions of the Standing Committees of the districts and Party organizations.
Additionally, the inspection helps assess the achieved results and reveal limitations and shortcomings; point out the causes, draw lessons from experience in the leadership and direction of the Party Committees at all levels, and contribute to bringing resolutions into reality./.
