On March 8, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi organized a conference to guide agencies, organizations and units in the city to introduce nominated candidates to the 15th NA for the 2021-2026 term.

In her speech at the event, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi Nguyen Lan Huong said that the introduction and candidacy steps for the 15th NA deputies should be democratic, follow the prescribed time and ensure equality among all candidates.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the adjustment of the structure, composition, number of deputies, the results of the first consultation meeting, and agreement on structure, composition and number of nominees.

Hanoi is allocated to have 29 deputies of the 15th NA for the 2021-2026 term while the city will have 59 nominated candidates. As planned, it will have 10 constituencies./.
