(13th Congress) - Ms. Dang Thanh Mai, Head of the Department of Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Management, has just been appointed as Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Administration, under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
