Outstanding youth union officials were presented the Ly Tu Trong Awards in 2021 at an exchange program in Vinh Phuc on March 22, on the occasion of the 90th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), according to Nhan Dan newspaper.
