A delegation attending the 16th Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, led by Mr. Le Truong Luu, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, on October 21 offered flowers to President Ho Chi Minh at his museum in the province.
