Permanent Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Anh awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister to the Party Committee and people of Ngu Kien commune, Vinh Tuong district.

Reporting outstanding results of Vinh Phuc after the five-year implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo, Deputy Head of the Commission of Popularization and Education under Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Ngo Chi Tue said that over the past five years, 100% of party committees, authorities and      the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have studied, thoroughly grasped and concretized the content of the Directive into programs and plans suitable to the situation, functions and tasks of each locality, agency and unit. The Directive really spread positively in cultural, political, economic and social life; has positive impacts on the development of each industry and locality; creating a clear change in the role of example and behavior of heads of all levels and branches and creating consensus, trust, unity of will and action of the entire political system.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van and Head of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education Bui Huy Vinh presented Certificates of Merit of Chairman of Provincial People's Committee to collectives with excellent achievements.

Praising and highly appreciating the efforts of all levels, branches, collectives and typical individuals in implementing the Directive, Standing Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Anh proposed that in the near future, the Party committees, authorities at all levels, agencies and units      continue to focus on leading, promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of 4^th plenum of the Party Central Committee (tenure XII) on building and regulating the Party and the Party's regulations on example; focus on implementing learning and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style by more specific and practical works, especially in the implementation of key tasks and breakthrough stages identified in the Resolution of the Congress of the 17^th Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

With typical achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party Committee and people of Ngu Kien commune, Vinh Tuong district, received the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; and 28 groups and 28 individuals received certificates of merit from the Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee./.
