Strict COVID-19 prevention and control measures were implemented during the event.
On this occasion, at the Vietnam-Soviet Union Cultural Friendship Palace in Hanoi, a grand show with visual and sound effects reenacted Vietnam’s revolutionary struggles and historic victories.
