According to Decision 818-QD/TU, the Standing Board appointed and assigned Mr. Do Anh Tuan, member of the Executive Board, Secretary of the Tay Ho Party Committee and Chairman of the district People’s Council, and released him from membership in the Executive Board and Secretary of the Tay Ho Party Committee (term 2020-2025) to hold the position of Director of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.

At the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong presented the decision to Mr. Do Anh Tuan; at the same time acknowledging and hailing the contributions of Mr. Do Anh Tuan over the past time.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong said that the Standing Board of the city Party Committee highly appreciated Mr. Do Anh Tuan for having many working positions, with many professional and practical experiences. Mr. Do Anh Tuan is a well-trained officer with firm ideological stance; responsible and creative working style, he added.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong believed that in his new position, he will promote his capacity and experience while leading the Department of Planning and Investment, which is a very important organ of the city and will help boost socio-economic development, trade and investment in the near future.
