Most delegates agreed and assessed that the draft Documents of the 13th National Party Congress properly reflected the actual situation, showing common vision and common aspirations of the whole nation, including trade unions, workers and employees.

Delegates made suggestions on building the working class and trade unions; improving the quality of human resources, promoting innovation, strongly applying science and technology; paying attention to building social houses for low-income workers; ensuring labor, employment and income policies and well implementing social security and social welfare; and developing the labor market towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

In the coming time, trade unions at all levels will organize conferences for workers and grassroots trade unions to comment on Draft Documents of the 13th National Party Congress./.
